የክርስቶስን ወንጌል ለሻሸመኔና አከባቢዋ፤ እንዲሁም ለኢትዮጵያዉያን በመስበክ፤ ያመኑትን ወደ ቤተክርስቲያን ሕብረት በማምጣትና የክርስቶስ ደቀመዝሙር እንድሆኑ በማስተማር፤ በስጦታቸዉ ሁለንተናዊ አገልግሎት እንድሰጡ በማብቃት እግዚአብሄርን ማክበር ነዉ፡፡
የሻሸመኔ ሸዋ በር ቃለ ሕይወት ቤተክርስቲያን በ1954 ዓ/ም በከተማ ወንጌልን በተቀበሉና ከደቡብ የአገሪቱ ግዛት በመጡ የወንገል አገልጋዮችና አማኞች ተመሰረተች።
በወቅቱ ያመልኩቡት የነበረዉ ብሄራዊ ት/ቤት የሚገኘዉ የማምለኪያ ቦታ በ1953 ዓ.ም ከዉጭ በመጡ የኤስ አይ ኤም ዜጎች የተገነባ ስለነበርና እነርሱ ለቀዉ ስሄዱ ቦታዉ ስለተወሰደባቸው ከቆይታ በኋላ በ1954 ዓ.ም የቦታ ዝውውር በማድረግ በአቶ ወልደዮሐንስ ደልከሶ መኖሪያ ቤት ውስጥ የጋራ አምልኮ ማካሄድ ጀመሩ፣

The story of how our church began and grew
የሻሸመኔ ሸዋ በር ቃለ ሕይወት ቤተክርስቲያን በ1954 ዓ/ም በከተማ ወንጌልን በተቀበሉና ከደቡብ የአገሪቱ ግዛት በመጡ የወንገል አገልጋዮችና አማኞች ተመሰረተች።
Shashemene Shewa Ber Kale Heywet Church was established in 1954 by evangelists and believers who came from the southern regions of Ethiopia. Starting with humble beginnings in a small gathering, the church has grown to become a cornerstone of faith in the Shashemene community.
Throughout our history, we have faced challenges with faith and perseverance. From meeting in homes during difficult times to constructing our current worship center, God has faithfully guided our journey every step of the way.
Today, we continue our mission with renewed commitment, reaching out to our community and planting new churches to spread the Gospel message.
